International Training Event Volunteers Needed:

The SUGA Board of Directors is seeking volunteers who are willing to devote a small portion of their time during the International Training event at the Rio to ensure the conference is well-organized and meaningful for everyone. User-led and User-experience Presenters Volunteers Needed:

The SUGA Board of Directors is seeking volunteers who are willing to devote a small portion of their time during the International Training event to present a user-led session or share your experiences in a training class.  If you have questions about volunteering, please e-mail your questions to this year's User-led Coordinator, Anthony Sorce at asorce@wpjwa.com.  User-led proposals are due by April 27, 2012.

Application Coordinator (AC) Volunteers Needed:

The SUGA Board of Directors is seeking volunteers who are willing to devote time throughout the year to serve as Application Coordinators and work with SunGard Public Sector Product Managers to evaluate Product IDEAs submitted by SUGA members.If you meet the following requirements we would like your help.

1. Must be available to attend the annual SUGA conference
2. Must be a daily user or have been a daily user in the area you are interested in
3. Must be willing to spend approximately 2-3 hours per week reviewing and updating Product Ideas
4. Must be willing to work with SunGard Public Sector Product Managers and end users to resolve issues
5. Must be functionally proficient in the area that you are interested in

Nominations for Board of Directors Needed:

If you are interested in taking a leadership role in the SUGA organization a position on the board of directors may be for you.  The board is made up of five elected positions (President, President-Elect, Past-President, Treasurer, and Secretary), and two appointed Director-at-Large positions.  When needed, the board also appoints non-voting advisory positions available.  If you have questions about serving on the SUGA Board of Directors, please e-mail your questions to Board Secretary, Jim Dahl at jdahl@aurora-il.org,
