This year’s conference will be held at the Disneyland Resort. At the Disneyland Resort, there are many adventures at your doorstep to explore, including Downtown Disney, Disneyland, and California Adventure....all with a wide spectrum of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The hotel also offers special convention rate tickets for both Disneyland and California Adventure.
Each room comes with a coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, make-up mirrors, a safe, and comfy robes. You will also have complimentary internet access in your guest room. There is a fitness center, business center, and pool at the hotel.

Reservations must be made by Monday, November 18, 2013 or before the group rooms are sold out, so do not delay. Airport Shuttle Information:
The Disneyland Resort Express is one means to get to/from the LAX Airport, as well as the John Wayne Airport (SNA). LAX airport is approx. 35 miles away, and John Wayne Airport is approx. 15 miles away. The bus runs from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm at LAX, and 7:00 am to 8:00 pm at SNA (departing every hour). For LAX, once exiting baggage claim, you can find the ticketing stand at the center island. For SNA, exit baggage claim and proceed to the Ground Transportation Center. Please call 800-828-6699 for more information or to make reservations. Reservations are not required. Below are the prices for each airport:
From LAX: one way- $27; round trip- $36
From SNA: one way- $21; round trip - $31
You may also take Super Shuttle to/from LAX Airport and John Wayne Airport. Reservations are recommended. You can call 800-258-3826 to make a reservation, or go to supershuttle.com to make a reservation online, saving $2 per way. Below are the prices for each airport:

The West SUGA Board of Directors is seeking volunteers who are willing to devote a small portion of their time during the West Education & Training event at Disneyland Hotel and Resort in Anaheim, California to present a user-led session or share your experiences in a training class. If you have questions about volunteering, please e-mail your questions to this year's User-led Coordinator, Zaib Malik at firstname.lastname@example.org
Earn a free registration for every user-led session presented. If multiple sessions are presented by an individual then the second free registration can be applied to your sites attendees and so on. (Maximum sessions presented by an individual are limited to four). If Sessions are presented in group then only one presenter is eligible for registration fee waiver per user led session.
